About Atmos Healthcare

Building a More Connected
Behavioral Healthcare
model

Atmos Healthcare was created to address the gaps that exist between housing, behavioral healthcare, and long-term support. We believe people achieve better outcomes when structure, accountability, coordinated care, and community support work together — not in isolation.

Our approach is designed to create stability, strengthen independence, and help individuals build meaningful momentum forward.
Our Philosophy

Stability Requires More Than Treatment Alone

Behavioral health challenges are rarely solved through short-term treatment or housing alone. Long-term progress requires structure, consistency, accountability, and coordinated support systems. At Atmos Healthcare, we focus on creating environments where:

Structure creates stability

Accountability reinforces progress

Support systems work together

We believe meaningful progress happens when individuals are supported both clinically and personally throughout the process.
Why Atmos Exists

Bridging Gaps in Behavioral Healthcare

Many individuals fall through gaps created by fragmented systems of care, disconnected services, and limited long-term support.

Atmos Healthcare was built to help bridge those gaps by creating a more integrated approach to behavioral healthcare, supportive living, and coordinated support services.

Our goal is simple:
To provide structure, connection, and meaningful support that help individuals build lasting stability and move forward with confidence. At Atmos Healthcare, we believe people achieve better outcomes when structure, accountability, behavioral healthcare, and community support work together.

Our current model provides stability through supportive living environments while connecting clients with coordinated services, behavioral healthcare resources, and long-term support systems designed to promote meaningful progress and independence.

As Atmos Healthcare continues to grow, we are building toward a more integrated model that expands access to structured programming, coordinated behavioral health services, and broader levels of support throughout Northern Colorado.

Our Model

A Structured Approach to Long-Term Stability

Atmos Healthcare combines supportive living, behavioral healthcare, accountability, and coordinated support into one integrated model.

What That Looks Like Today

What We’re Building Toward

Our model continues to evolve with one goal in mind: creating a stronger, more coordinated path toward long-term wellness and stability.

Experienced Leadership, Shared Vision

Atmos Healthcare is led by individuals with deep experience in the addiction recovery space, bringing both professional knowledge and real-world understanding to the work. Their shared vision is to create a recovery environment that prioritizes structure, connection, and long-term success.

Marko Miskov

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

My path into behavioral healthcare didn’t start in a boardroom, it started in recovery. Having lived in sober living homes myself, I experienced firsthand the impact that structure, community, and brotherhood can have on someone rebuilding their life. Some of the most meaningful and transformative moments of my life happened in those homes, surrounded by men walking the same path toward healing and purpose. Those years didn’t just shape my recovery, they shaped my calling.

In the years since, I’ve worked on the front lines of addiction recovery: mentoring individuals, supporting peer-based programs, and building bridges between clients and the resources they need to thrive. That firsthand experience, both living it and working in it, gave me a clear-eyed understanding of what actually works, and what’s missing from most treatment models.

As Co-Founder & CEO of Atmos Healthcare, I’ve built on that understanding to focus on something bigger: modern, integrated behavioral healthcare systems that create meaningful, long-term outcomes for individuals and communities. My work centers on behavioral health, recovery support, housing stability, coordinated care, and functional wellness — with the goal of bridging the gaps between clinical treatment, case management, community resources, and long-term recovery support.

At Atmos, that goal is simple: build a higher standard of care and show what effective, outcome-focused behavioral health services can look like at scale. Atmos is a place of transformation, a home and a program where men in early recovery can find their footing, build meaningful relationships, and begin a new chapter with support, dignity, and hope.

I’m passionate about building scalable healthcare models that prioritize measurable outcomes, human connection, and sustainable transformation, because I know, from experience, that recovery isn’t just possible. It’s a foundation for an entirely new life.

Daniel Sullivan

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Daniel Sullivan is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Atmos Healthcare, where he leads operational strategy, program development, and execution across the organization.

He has extensive experience building and scaling behavioral health programs across various levels of supportive housing and licensed residential treatment in both substance use and mental health. His work is centered on creating structured, scalable systems that align clinical integrity with operational performance.

At Atmos Healthcare, Daniel oversees the integration of outpatient services with supportive housing, designing models that prioritize engagement, continuity of care, and long-term stability. His approach is grounded in execution—building programs that are not only compliant, but capable of delivering consistent, measurable outcomes in real-world settings.

He brings a results-driven mindset to an industry that often lacks accountability, with a focus on transparency, performance, and continuous improvement. At Atmos, the goal is simple: build a higher standard of care and demonstrate what effective, outcome-focused behavioral health services should look like at scale.
